Volunteers

Persona Collective has been created, and continues to be powered by, the passion and curiosity of our small team and our desire to empower communities through immersive performance.

 

Our volunteer programme is an opportunity for those embarking on a career in the arts to have first-hand experience of working on a unique, site-specific project that is co-created with the community and encompasses performance, dance, live music, sound and lighting design.

Our programme gives volunteers the opportunity to work in the following areas:

• Production

• Creative research and development

• Marketing and publicity

• Fundraising

• Photography and Video-making

 

We welcome volunteers from diverse backgrounds, with a variety of interests and at any stage of their career, above the age of 18. Persona Collective is committed to a policy of equal opportunities. We actively seek volunteers that reflect the diversity of the communities we serve and so encourage applications from groups underrepresented in the sector.
